Before & After

Patient lost two front teeth in a rowing accident. He was given root canal, a post and core and all-ceramic e.max crowns that restored his smile with natural results. Patient with slight crowding of front teeth searched for alternatives to orthodontic treatment. The patient's eight front teeth were minimally-reduced and covered with paper-thin porcelain laminate veneers produced in our in-house laboratory. Patient had two missing pre-molars. Two dental implants were placed in the open spaces. Six months later, two zirconia abutments were installed over the implants and topped with two all-ceramic e.max crowns made in our in-house laboratory. Midtown Manhattan Smile Makeover Patient had old composite fillings on the two front teeth that had been chipped by eating hard candy. The old fillings were replaced the same day by BPA-free nano-filled composite fillings, matched to the color of the adjacent tooth. Patient was missing several teeth and did not want to wear a removable partial denture. Full mouth reconstruction was performed using eight dental implants and porcelain crowns and veneers hand-made in our in-house laboratory. e.max porcelain veneers Patient had two molars with old, broken, composite fillings in need of repair. The fillings were replaced with ceramic inlays which are longer lasting, much more aesthetic and offer better support for the tooth. Before Invisalign, the patient had an anterior crossbite. After 14 months of Invisalign treatment, the patient's anterior crossbite was corrected leaving the teeth in better alignment. Patient had severe advanced periodontal disease in the entire mouth. Remaining natural teeth were extracted. Upper and lower complete overdentures were custom-made for this patient in our on-site laboratory. Additionally, eight dental implants were installed to secure these overdenture attachments in the mouth. Patient was born with congenitally smaller teeth, and gaps between them were readily apparent. Orthodontic treatment, such as traditional braces, was ineffective. Original teeth were minimally reduced and prepped. Sixteen porcelain laminate veneers were placed, closing the gaps between the teeth and resulting in an even smile. Patient with two broken central incisors after a car accident. Direct tooth-colored fillings repaired the two broken teeth on the exact same day. Patient had a large amalgam filling that was starting to break down. The old filling was replaced the same day with an e.max porcelain onlay matched to the shade of the original tooth. The onlay was made in our in-house laboratory. Although the patient had recently completed Invisalign treatment, her four front teeth with existing crowns were still too far forward in her mouth. The two front teeth were extracted and replaced with implants, requiring bone grafting (adding necessary bone). Six months later, all-ceramic crowns were installed on the four front teeth, and porcelain laminate veneers were placed on the canines. Patient had severely stained teeth. They were covered with twelve porcelain laminate veneers that gave her a stunning white smile. Patient wore a poorly-constructed denture and suffered from periodontal disease and a collapsed bite. Full mouth reconstruction was performed by installing an implant overdenture on the top and dental implants, crowns and veneers on the bottom.
